In functional assays, displays positive allosteric modulation of FFA-induced Gi signaling and negative allosteric modulation of FFA-induced Gq/G11 signaling. Inhibits lipolytic effect of isoproterenol (pEC50 = ) and induces migration of human neutrophils in vitro.
