简介内容：NoxA1ds TFA is a potent and selective inhibitor of NADPH oxidase 1 (NOX1), with an inhibition concentration (IC50) of 20 nM, demonstrating selectivity over NOX2, NOX4, NOX5, and xanthine oxidase.
