简介内容：PD07 is an orally active acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitor, exhibiting an IC50 of μM against human AChE, and demonstrates inhibition of cholinesterases (ChEs), β-site amyloid precursor protein cleaving enzyme 1 (BACE1) with an IC50 of μM, as well as Aβ1–42 aggregation in vitro. Additionally, PD07 possesses antioxidant properties with a DPPH radical inhibition IC50 value of μM and has been shown to ameliorate memory and cognitive deficits in scopolamine-induced amnesic rats.
